cbji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and cbji ("the Platform"). They apply to all services available through cbji.one, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other gaming or promotional services. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet on cbji, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cbji platform.

cbji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated exclusively for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

Use of the cbji platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. cbji does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or place any bet on the platform. By registering you declare that you are 21 years of age or older.
• 2You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of cbji is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 3You must not be a self-excluded player. If you have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from cbji you are not permitted to open a new account or access your existing account during the self-exclusion period.
• 4You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment only. Corporate entities, syndicates, and groups acting as a collective player are not permitted to hold accounts on cbji. Each account must correspond to one individual natural person.

2. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one account on cbji. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• 1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbji login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cbji will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and during any KYC verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• 3cbji reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases cbji may also withhold funds pending investigation.
• 4cbji may carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Players must cooperate fully with any KYC request and submit all documents cbji reasonably requires.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on cbji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through supported mobile financial services. The following terms apply to all payment transactions on cbji:

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your cbji account balance instantly in most cases. cbji charges no transaction fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay; however your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard charges.
• 2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used for deposits. cbji aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside of standard hours may experience additional processing time.
• 3cbji will only process withdrawals to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party mobile numbers or bank accounts are not permitted. This requirement protects against money laundering and safeguards player funds.
• 4cbji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable concern about the source of funds or incomplete KYC. Processing will be delayed until the required documentation is received and verified.
• 5Players must not use cbji as a payment processing or money transfer service. Funds deposited to cbji must be used for genuine gaming and betting activity. Depositing funds with no intention to engage in gaming, for the sole purpose of making a withdrawal, is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cbji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all cbji promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• 1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 2Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses must be activated before making the qualifying deposit. cbji is not obligated to apply a bonus retroactively to a deposit made before activation. Players should verify that their chosen bonus is applied to their account before completing a deposit.
• 3cbji reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus that is subsequently modified will be notified of any material change to that bonus's terms.
• 4Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, or colluding to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on cbji. Game-specific rules are set by the individual third-party game studios whose titles appear in the cbji lobby.

• 1All bets are final once confirmed by the player and accepted by the cbji system. cbji does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where cbji determines in its sole discretion that a technical error has affected the bet outcome.
• 2cbji uses certified RNG technology supplied by independent third-party game studios for all casino games. Game outcomes are determined solely by these RNG systems and are not manipulated by cbji. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.
• 3Sports betting markets, odds, and game availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. cbji reserves the right to suspend or remove any betting market where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other activity that may compromise the integrity of the event.
• 4In the event of a technical fault or system failure that interrupts a live game or betting session, cbji will endeavour to restore all verified bets and balances to their pre-fault state. Where a verifiable pre-fault state cannot be established, cbji reserves the right to declare the relevant bets void and refund the original stake.

6. Responsible Gaming

cbji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to support players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The following responsible gaming terms form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• 1cbji provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from the account settings area. cbji strongly encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity responsibly.
• 2A self-exclusion period once applied cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires. Self-exclusion applies to all cbji products including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cbji. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may forfeit any funds held in their account:

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or interfere with the normal operation of the cbji platform.

• 4Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC processes; impersonating another person; or registering an account on behalf of a third party without their consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to gaming service. cbji's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbji does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis or free from technical errors. cbji makes no representations regarding the reliability of third-party game studio software or payment processing systems. cbji will take reasonable steps to restore service following any technical interruption but does not guarantee any specific restoration time.

9. Amendments to These Terms

cbji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cbji will notify players by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of cbji following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using cbji and may request withdrawal of any available balance by contacting [email protected].
